Guided & ProtectedI may not understand why all this is, I’ve been guided & protected through this, I am still here to write this poem, For right now here is my home, Simple words, an essence to know, This takes me in the way it will go, I feel that regardless or with regard, I can make this easy or hard, If I want I can connect to enjoy, If I want I can create or destroy, Selecting with care my actions on a thought, Applying what life lessons have taught, To write this & do what I can, Has this all made me who I am? |
