Covered & Revealed

You were there, yet I didn’t know
where, playing hide & seek, in a world
so bleak. Hiding your perception,
behind file after file, after I knew, I ran
mile after mile. For too long I believed
the lie, now it’s my turn to wonder
why, precisely guiding the time of
inquisition, so you know the power &
the intuition. A position below the
glares of medical doctrine, the web of
revealing what you’re now caught in.
The lies, stories, to cover over the truth
with excuse, to the point I became
friends with a noose. Such strength
from the source, entirely too much
remorse, let the past go, but still, we all
know the thrill. Ticket to ride, travel, &
tour, having much more, & patronizing
that store. For now, I’ll give way to
another day, until they say, that his
plan is underway. Through my eyes I
can see, for me, the present moment
destiny. Still here to make this unfold,
to be told, beyond the value of gold. To
know wealth, & when to skillfully rise,
to take account, of all those I despise.
Not with lack of love, but with the
justice this is made of. Two sides of a
coin, two sides of a story, quit while
they join, & let go of all worry. Worlds
of strategy leads the way, to a fool’s
paradise, I need to say, in my hand,
two dice, so I can say this is my life.
Sooner or later, the labels will fall,
revealing who has the right, to lay low
or stand tall. Twisted history held onto,
the ignorance they've shown you, the
counting down until sunrise, while the
surprise looks into my eyes. Gateway
to the soul & all you know. Yet, until
that day is shown, I'll look under the
microscope I've known. Carefully
trapping freedom, in the way we see
them. Skillfully uncovering the blinds
from their minds, the deception in their
perception, or even the occupation of
their documentation. You have my
heart, you have the key, & you
command the fortress. My princess,
you are honored among the lands of
this world. I am a mere knight
navigating this realm, slaying the
dragons, & protecting with faith. This
magic & this love, fuels with the
energy of all good things. These words
only point to the truth. These sounds
are the music of the Universe. The stars
guide us to the way of our embrace.
With all the strength & power, I am
vulnerable only to you. I will stand tall
& confess. The past hurts & rough
times are no more. With you in my life,
the doors open to heaven. I see the
light. I see the purity, & I somehow
know everything is going to be okay.
The imagination paints pictures for the
mind. It takes me away in lucid
landscapes of perception. I wake up
from the dream & you are in my arms.
Time & distance can't prove their
illusion to be true. So, I hold on; onto
what is real. This eternal present
moment still needs to be traveled
through. I fight the good fight, with
kindness, love, & humility. With
patience I let go & trust.
