New Habits
Of course, this brings up the concept of
choice. Right at this moment, I can look
for a change, or take an action to do
something I normally don't do. An effort
to align with a unique way of living the
day to day. The way most people live the
same routine over & over again is
interesting. Nothing wrong with it, as I
see it; it’s not hurting anyone. Yet if
changes are wanted, how much control
do I actually have to make significant
changes to my life? I'll get in return what
I put into the experience of life. What do
I want to put into the experience of life? I
want to answer the questions I have
about what keeps me feeling Blah. I want
to take action throughout my day toward
things that will be beneficial for me. Why
do I approach my day the way I do? Out
of habit, yet I can develop new habits.
