Navigating by Stars

When I’m surrounded by darkness, the visibility is limited. It may at times even be scary or a feeling of being lost in a void. For some reason I don’t think this can be an absolute though. I feel there is always the potential of a light to spark & reveal all of what is truly around us. Metaphorically, the dark areas of our life, is where there is little hope, the desire of wanting to give up, or other self-defeating symptoms. To “bring light” to these areas, we can see all that is around us. Others who are there to help us to know we aren’t alone. We can also see possibilities that weren’t visible before. All the areas in life to be grateful for. The desire to want to know that no matter how dark things get, there is just as much of the possibility for things to be shown to us in a better way. Realistically, there are times in life for the night sky to be here, & the daytime sun to light the sky. It is natural in cycles. When I understand this, I can realize that the night time will pass, & the sunrise is on its way. Yes, it is darkest before dawn, but that in no way means that the sun isn’t on its way to show us all the good that is around us. Like the explorers & navigators of history, we can use the stars in the sky, to know how to get where we truly want to go. My hopes are to remind you of what you already know but may have innocently forgot, like we all do, including myself.
