A Day at a Time
The time-space continuum gives us a day, As intuition guides to
show us a way. Knowledge, truth, belief, or faith, When to
move forward, or when to wait. Solution based focus, shifting
away from the problem, Optimistic view affirms many ways to
solve them. Eyes to the sky, with hope to believe, Trust to
discern, by what there is to be. Courage to explore, so much I
don’t know, Steps forward to help the progression grow. Inertia
propelling future dreams within momentum. Carefully selecting
words to be said to them. So influenced by inner & outer
thought. Don’t think about an elephant now; certainly not. A
source eternal, flowing to be inspired, Until the day ends,
drifting to sleep while tired. Each day can be the same, or
something new, To perceive this brilliance we’re moving
through. Maybe there is an insight today to find true, Opening
our eyes, from all we now know, & all we once knew.
Honestly, how can this continuation be described? Redundancy
or opportunities by my side. To wish or want a desired result,
looking to a wise counsel to consult. Maybe I can look within
who I am, Finding an inner knowing to begin. Claiming
inherited abundance we are all given, Is this a valid theory, or
just something to be written? A day at a time, the mystery
revealed. Until an enlightened view shows what was concealed.
