Peace with Ourselves

This exploration is interesting, because there is no logical reason to argue for our limitations, when it comes to being at peace with ourselves & others. If I find I’m being hard on myself, it causes a red flag, telling me, “Chill out” & “Relax.” When I quiet my mind, it takes the pressure off & helps to slow down the situation. This is a very peaceful place to be within Consciousness. There is no judgment unless we think there is. We are perfect, unless we have thoughts of imperfection; which applies in all areas of life. So let’s give ourselves a break. We are safe. We are not only Loved, but we are Love itself. I find I’ll set up resistance toward a situation. I can reduce the resistance by choosing thoughts that feel good about myself & others. We are the creators of my own reality. This puts the responsibility directly on ourselves, which most people don’t want to do; letting go of outside or external excuses for what I’m creating. I am human like everyone else. This may seem like a rant, but it is because I care about my peace of mind, & want that for others as well. We do have a choice to feel good about any given situation. The choice of optimism or pessimism, when the glass is 1⁄2 full or 1⁄2 empty. You may argue this isn’t being real, & merely idealistic. Yet I challenge us all to focus on hope, & leave the fears & doubts behind.
