Everything is Okay

Sometimes I get thoughts that the experiences of life are something to fear. As well, thoughts of the future cause worry. One thing I feel that works to shift back into an optimistic or positive view is to realize, “Everything is Okay”. It doesn’t have to be fantastic if I’m struggling. It doesn’t have to be “I’m doomed”. It can be a gentle center point or middle ground. Just knowing, “Everything is Okay”, helps to take the worry & pressure off the current situation. It is a starting point to move into better thoughts & feelings about the day I’m living. Even if I wake up with defeating thoughts, it doesn’t mean I have to label the rest of the day as bad. I can choose to step back, take a deep breath, & realize the thoughts will pass. The better feeling thoughts can easily arrive as time moves forward. This gives hope that regardless of the current experience, there is always another opportunity to entertain better thoughts to shift into a better view. I find the emotional scale to be true for me. If I am sad or depressed, I can gradually find my way up the emotions to a better feeling experience. The center point, the non-descriptive, & the non-personal present moment, doesn’t need to be categorized in any way. The Bible says in Proverbs 23:7, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Hopefully we can let our Heart navigate the moments of our Life.
